How it all began
Having served 10 years in the police force, Benjamin Rosser founded the award-winning organisation, The Pythian Club offering a variety of real opportunities to our young community in the East Midlands.
At 23, Ben joined Nottinghamshire Police where he was proud to support the community and enjoyed having a positive impact on the people of Nottingham.
During his 10 years of service Ben became disillusioned when, due to the government funding cuts, his role moved from being proactive to being more reactive. It was around this time that Ben decided to make a positive and more proactive impact by starting a youth community club and in 2014 The Pythian Club was formed.

Ben Rosser is a community leader, traveling across the UK to deliver important life changing messages to those who need it.
During Ben's 10 years in the Police Force and subsequent years with The Pythian Club, Ben has motivated and changed the lives of countless people, providing invaluable support to the community.
